Can I Pick up my Order?

It is best to make an appointment via Phone of email to arrange collection. Location: 6 Bentinck Street, New Lynn, Auckland. Business Hours only or by arrangement.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bulavibes makes it easy to buy online with a range of safe and secure payment methods, including paypal, stripe payments and credit card.

Bulavibes online store is features a safe and secure payment gateway, and our systems will never store your credit card details.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 2-3 days to process and ship your order. All of our orders are dispatched via Track-and-Trace courier within New Zealand.

Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Bulavibes cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my order cancelled?

“If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com”

How do I know which size is right when I shop online?

Note that sizing depends largely on garment fit and whether an item is designed for oversized or fitted wear. All our Sizes are Based on New Zealand and Australia standard fittings.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or change my mind?

We adhere to a NO RETURNS policy on SALE items, however we are more than happy to offer a full refund or store credit for returns on full-priced items.

If for some reason you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, contact the Bulavibes team within seven days (of receiving your order) to arrange the return of your purchase and a full refund.

Please note: all returns must be in original and unworn condition, and the return of your items to either of our stores is at your own expense.
